Yuvabharathi celebrated Melange 2024, the annual prize night, on the 20th of June 2024, at Yuva Enclave. Wing Commander M. Pargunan, Commanding Officer of 2 (TN) Air Squadron NCC, Coimbatore, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Ms. Pinky V. Katara, the Vice Principal, presented the welcome address, and the Chief Guest delivered the keynote speech. He emphasised reducing screen time and increasing physical activity so that the students could stay fit. He also highlighted the importance of NCC's groundbreaking seed ball rolling and dispersal project in his address.
The Chief Guest honoured the Grade 10 and 12 board exam toppers by presenting awards. He also presented the Star Kid Awards to the students who achieved an outstanding performance at the national and international levels. Mr. C. Anand and Mr. Sanjeev Anand from the School Management honoured the Centum achievers in Grades 10 and 12. Ms. Geetha Jayachandran, the Principal, presented the Annual report and conferred the school's prestigious Founders Rolling Trophy to the Pine House for its remarkable overall excellence in sports, academics, and other activities throughout 2023–24.
The cultural programme that followed was themed around Artificial Intelligence (AI). It featured grey cell-engrossing events ranging from alien dance and cyborg dance to Tamil folk dance, a fashion show, and plays in English and Tamil. The primary goal of the programme was to raise awareness about the advantages and disadvantages of using AI and to emphasise the importance of using AI responsibly and ethically. Mr. V. Ramesh, the Head of the Tamil department, during his vote of thanks, expressed his appreciation to everyone who contributed to the grand success of the event.
