Yuvabharathi Public School celebrated Pongal -Thai Magal Thiruvizha by bringing a resplendent village fair on its premises. Clad in traditional attire, students and teachers prepared sweet Pongal, and the 30-plus stalls put up by the students started to buzz with enthusiastic visitors.Uriyadi, Giant wheel, Flying kites, Cotton candy, Goli soda, and pot making were among the many attractive festivities that kept the 3000 visitors engaged. The rendition of Parai and folk dances captured the attention of the audience. The spirit of Yuvabharathi's Pongal Fair is the noble cause it supports with its proceeds. In continuation of helping cyclone Gaja victims and educating underprivileged girl children in the previous years, this year's celebration will support the school's outreach activities.
