The Atal Tinkering Lab Marathon is a flagship national-level innovation challenge by the Atal Innovation Mission. Students from schools across India participate in this challenge and develop working prototypes of innovative solutions.
In ATL Marathon 2021-22, two teams from Yuvabharathi Public School, namely Project “Falkon-Fake News Detector” and Project Nethramithra – an all-in-one Mobile App for the Visually Impaired submitted their projects and secured their place among the Top 350 teams at the national level in the results declared on the 23rd of September 2022.
On the 22nd of June 2023, the top 75 teams of #ATL Marathon 2021-22 were announced by Atal Innovation Mission and Project Nethramithra – an all-in-one Mobile App for the Visually Impaired by Prakalya M. and Mahathmika A. (Project Guide: Ms. R. Divya, Teacher, ATL in-charge: Mr. Anand Jeyasingh, Yuvabharathi Public School) made it to the Top 75 teams of ATL Marathon 2021-22.
Yuvabharathi has been ranked as Number 1 in the city - Top CBSE school in Coimbatore- for three years by the EducationWorld Magazine and has made it to the prestigious list of Top 50 Schools that have been recognised as 'Future 50 Schools Shaping Success '. Having established itself as the Best Public School in Coimbatore in its first decade, it is the fourth time in a row that Yuvabharathi was conferred as one of the Top Schools in India in 2022 and won accolades for excelling in the categories namely Academic Excellence, Co-curricular activities, Best infrastructure school, Excellence in Sports Education, STEM Education, Best Happiness Quotient Index School, Excellence in Inspirational leadership, Best Online Teaching Practices and the Best CBSE School by Brainfeed School Excellence Awards.
