Yuvabharathi has won the ‘Champion of Champions - Second runner up title’ in the ‘Be a ‪#Farm‬ Dost” Contest in which 63 schools from Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai and Trichy participated. It has also won “Be a # Farm Dost-Social award” for the updates from the students and teachers on social media and the “Best # Farm Dost School” award for bringing the efforts of the farming community back into public consciousness.The following students have won the “Be#Farm Dost” award :Mritul S. (7 A), Raghavardhan H. (7 A), Madurya L. (7 C), Sachida Mahesh. (9 A), Vigasini S. (9 D).Be a ‪#‎FarmDost‬ Award Ceremony was held on February 28th, 2016, at TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited’s‪ #JFarm‬, an adaptive agri-research centre at Kelambakkam, Chennai, Tamilnadu. Our students and the teachers interacted with farmers in various knowledge sessions.TAFE Chairman & CEO, Ms. Mallika Srinivasan and TAFE COO – Product Strategy & Corporate Relations, Mr. T. R. Kesavan presented the awards to the winners.
