Mass Yoga Demonstration on the 9th International Day of Yoga

Yuvabharathi Public School celebrated the 9th International Day of Yoga on the 21st of June, 2023, at its multisport turf. Around 1000 students from grades 6 to 12 participated in the Mass Yoga Demonstration guided by the Yoga instructor of the school. The demonstration encompassed breathing exercises and Surya Namaskar, followed by asanas like Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Virabhadrasana, Uttkatasana and Ushtrasana. The event concluded with a meditation session. The Primary wing students actively engaged in a yoga session for kids to commemorate this Yoga Day.
