Twelfth Annual Sports Day
The twelfth annual sports day (secondary wing) was celebrated with the weather favouring the sporting spirits at Yuva enclave on the eve of Independence Day 2019.
Mr. Anand, Correspondent presided over the function and declared the sports day open. Ms. Geetha Jayachandran , Principal appreciated the achievements and reminisced the journey of 12 years. Mr.Rajesh, Head, Department of Physical Education presented the Annual Sports Report.
The synchronized March past and Oath taking ceremony were followed by lighting of the torch. Suryasana demonstration was a treat to eyes and spirit. The breathtaking pyramid formation and the Mass drill competition among the houses showed their prowess.The track and field events were conducted and the winners of various competitions were awarded medals and certificates.Ultimately, Pine House prevailed over the Oak house as the overall champions.
